Check-in at Hotel Pepper Tree starts at 4 PM. Check-out is by 11 AM, giving you time to enjoy one last swim in the heated pool or cook up breakfast in your full kitchen. Want to check-in early or stay a bit later? Just give our friendly front desk a call or text. We’ll do our best to make it happen—though it depends on availability (and maybe a small fee). Your comfort is our priority, even if you’re ready to dive into the fun a little early!

Will my room have a patio or balcony?

Every room at Hotel Pepper Tree has its own patio or balcony, perfect for kicking back and enjoying some fresh air. If you’re on the second or third floor, you’ll get a balcony with nice, elevated views. On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy patio with a peaceful fountain nearby. Plus, each outdoor spot comes with its own table and chairs, so you’ve got a comfy place to chill out.

Does each room have a full kitchen at Hotel Pepper Tree?

Yes — each room at Hotel Pepper Tree includes a full kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, and utensils, so families can prepare meals easily and enjoy a comfortable, budget-friendly stay near Disneyland®. Our well-equipped kitchens make it simple to pack lunches for park days, cook familiar favorites for picky eaters, or enjoy a relaxing breakfast together before heading out. Can I bring my pet?

Only small dogs (up to 25 pounds) are allowed at Hotel Pepper Tree. There is a daily charge of $50 plus tax per dog. Please note that dogs may not be left unattended in any guest room, patio, or balcony. Sorry, no cats allowed. While we love them, allergies and potential room damage mean we can't accommodate feline friends. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a shuttle to Disneyland®?

We do not have a shuttle but recommend using Uber or Lyft.

It is actually cheaper and faster to get to the parks this way. Ask the front desk for more details. They’ll be happy to provide you with the best transportation options, schedules, and any current deals to make your visit smooth and affordable.

How far is Hotel Pepper Tree from Disneyland?

Hotel Pepper Tree is less than 4 miles from the resort area. We are about a 10-15 minute drive to the Disneyland® Resort.

How far is Hotel Pepper Tree from Knott’s Berry Farm?

Hotel Pepper Tree is 2.5 miles from Knott’s Berry Farm. We are about a 7 minute drive to the theme park.

Will I get daily housekeeping?

Need a little room refresh? Our friendly housekeeping team is ready to brighten your stay with fresh towels, crisp linens, and replenished toiletries—all with a light touch of cleaning magic! Housekeeping service is available upon request because we understand everyone is different—some guests enjoy daily service, while others prefer their privacy. FYI - washing up kitchenware isn’t on our housekeepers daily to-do list.
