When can I check-in?

Check-in at Hotel Pepper Tree starts at 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and fees. Make sure to contact our front desk on the day of arrival to see if we can accommodate an early arrival.

Will my room have a patio or balcony?

All rooms at Hotel Pepper Tree feature either a patio or balcony, providing outdoor space to unwind. Rooms on the second and third floors come with balconies, offering elevated views. First-floor rooms include private patios complete with a fountain, creating a serene atmosphere. Every patio/balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, ensuring guests have a comfortable place to relax outside.

What is in the full kitchen?

Each room at Hotel Pepper Tree includes a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, and utensils, allowing you to prepare meals easily for a comfortable stay.

What is in our To-Go Breakfast?

Start your day right with a delightful selection of pastries, fresh fruit, and cereal, perfectly complemented by freshly brewed coffee and soothing tea. Whether you prefer a light breakfast or a sweet treat, our offerings provide the perfect morning boost to energize your visit.

Can I bring my pet?

Only small dogs (up to 25 pounds) are allowed at Hotel Pepper Tree. There is a daily charge of $50 plus tax per dog. Please note that dogs may not be left unattended in any guest room, patio, or balcony. Sorry, no cats allowed. While we love them, allergies and potential room damage mean we can't accommodate feline friends. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a shuttle to Disneyland®?

We do not have a shuttle but recommend using Uber or Lyft.

It is actually cheaper and faster to get to the parks this way. Ask the front desk for more details. They’ll be happy to provide you with the best transportation options, schedules, and any current deals to make your visit smooth and affordable.

What are the pool hours?

Our heated pool is open daily from 9 AM to 10 PM for your enjoyment. Please stop by the front desk to request pool towels during your visit.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes, we do have an accessible version of both our King Kitchen Studio and Queen Kitchen Studio. Please contact us directly for more detailed information on what each of rooms offer. We are happy to assist in making your stay as comfortable as possible.

Will I get daily housekeeping?

Need a little room refresh? Our friendly housekeeping team is ready to brighten your stay with fresh towels, crisp linens, and replenished toiletries—all with a light touch of cleaning magic! Housekeeping service is available upon request because we understand everyone is different—some guests enjoy daily service, while others prefer their privacy. FYI - washing up kitchenware isn’t on our housekeepers daily to-do list.
